Chettinad Tomato Chutney Ingredients:
2 big tomato
4 garlic cloves
2 red chili
Asafoetida powder- required amount
Salt- required amount
Jaggery- small piece
Step1- Take a cooker add 2 tsp oil and put all ingredients together ( don’t need to add water) and allow to leave 3 whistle. If you want more spicyness you can add more red chilli.
Step2- After whistle grind them.
Step3– Take a pan 1tsp oil, mustard seed, curry leaves let to heat and mix with the paste.
