Ingredients for Crab Gravy
Shallots- 150 gram
Tomato- 1 big size
Ginger- small piece,garlic- 10 clove,
Pepper- 1 spoon, cumin seed- 1/4 spoon, fennel seed- 1/4 spoon ( grind all these into fine paste)
Cinnamon- 1 small piece
Salt- required amount
Water- required amount to cook crab
Redchilli powder- required amount of spicyness
Coriander powder- 1 spoon
Turmeric powder- 1/4 spoon
Green chilli (optional)
Take a pan add 100 gram oil and put cinnamon, clove, shallots, tomato and fry it.. add grinded paste, cook until raw smell goes.
Then add crab and redchili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder..cook 2-3 min in low flamd.
Then add required amount of water and salt. Let it cook for few minutes and check salt and spicyness..
Cook until it comes thick gravy and crab should cook perfectly.
Finger licking crab gravy is ready!
